Privacy notice
Draft. This text is a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with the final notice (controller details, legal basis, retention periods) before opening the service to customers.
What we process
- Account data: email address, organization name, role, sign-in times.
- Tracking data: position, speed, course, accuracy and battery level of the watch, every few seconds while tracking runs.
- Alerts: time, boat and position of panic alerts, and who acknowledged them.
- Heart rate (optional): only if the crew member switches Share heart rate on, on the watch. It is health data. It is visible to the administrators of the organization, never on public links.
Who sees it
The administrators of your organization, and our operators for support. Anyone who has an event's public link sees boat names, classes, positions, speed, course and tracks of that event, but never heart rate, battery, alerts or email addresses.
Service providers
The data is stored with Supabase (database and login service). Payments, once available, are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data. An organization owner can delete the organization and all its data. Contact us at the address at the bottom of the front page.
